The Graber Limited Lifetime Warranty, also referred to as Graber Shades Warranty, although applicable to other products, represents a commitment to providing complete satisfaction and a lifetime of stylish, premium window treatments.

What Is Covered By Graber Warranty

Graber shades and blinds are covered by a warranty that protects against original defects in materials or workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, provided it was installed correctly, unless a shorter coverage period applies. The warranty covers all internal mechanisms, components, and brackets, with certain items covered for specific time periods. Operating cords, pleated shades without looped tape, 2" horizontal vinyl blind slats, and vertical blind vanes are covered for three years from the date of purchase. Motorization components and accessories (excluding batteries), draperies, fabric-covered cornices and valances, soft shades and accessories, and exterior solar shades are covered for five years from the purchase date, provided exterior solar shades are fully raised during inclement weather and windy conditions. Repairs made under this warranty will be completed using like or similar replacement parts.

What Is Not Covered By Graber Warranty

Graber’s warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from abuse, accidents, alterations, or misuse. It also excludes discoloration, fading, cracking, shrinking, or stretching caused by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as well as slight color variation and natural differences in the color, grain, or weave of natural materials. Additionally, the warranty does not apply to slight warping in wood blinds or shutters, or to excessive warping caused by high humidity. Shipping and labor costs related to taking products down, re-measuring, or re-installing are not included. Certain items are excluded altogether, such as unfinished cornices and valances, Palladian shelves, and fabric used for “Customer’s Own Material” orders.
